Well what a week ! Our first week on Dymchurch high street , the little village we grew up in and what a great four days it has been.
Massive thanks to our customers old and new , the Dymchurch traders , seriously supportive and our friends and family who helped in so many ways.
Lovely to see people tasting things and sitting in the sun enjoying a croissant.

Crusty, chewy on the outside , softer, more custard like centres, scented with vanilla and rum.
The classic recipe , perfect with a hot drink. Flavour always reminds me of creme brulee.
